Digital Project Manager - Pharma - Remote - 6 months contract

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to lead the decommissioning of scientific solutions within a global pharmaceutical environment. This role involves coordinating the archiving and decommissioning of legacy systems while ensuring seamless access to archived data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in French and English.

Activities:

• Define user requirements about archiving expectations for each solution.
• Coordinate actions with Keep IT (local archiving system) to secure archiving of Chembase & Kalabie data.
• Coordinate action with AIMS for infrastructure decommissioning.
• Document the new ways to access archive data.
• Support other projects or studies to support MSAT activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage digital projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
• Analyse client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and performance of deliverables.
• Analytical capacities and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Project in both French and English.
• In-depth knowledge of digital tools and technologies.
• Experience in managing digital projects.
