Data Analyst / BI Engineer

As a Data Analyst / BI Engineer at IPXO, you will bridge the gap between business and data by turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define KPIs, deliver reliable dashboards, and ensure reporting is trusted and widely adopted. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making and improving visibility into business performance.

In This Position You Will

• Define KPIs and success metrics with stakeholders
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and root-cause investigations
• Track trends and explain key changes in business performance
• Ensure dashboards are usable, adopted, and aligned with governance standards
• Train stakeholders in self-service reporting and data interpretation
• Partner with Analytics Engineers to ensure dataset quality and metric logic
• Work with Data Engineers when new data sources or pipelines are needed
  
  

We Expect That You Have

• Strong experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar data-focused role
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ability to define, track, and communicate KPIs clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent English (C1-C2 level) and Lithuanian
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data governance is a plus
• Prior exposure to cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
