As Product Manager for Front Office Platforms, you will have end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of front office services that support trading and treasury activities. Functionally aligned to the Front Office Services Product Area Lead, you will own the product vision, execution, and long-term evolution of intraday and real-time position management capabilities.

Beyond delivery ownership, you will provide functional leadership to multiple Product Owners and contributors, guiding priorities, supporting professional growth, and ensuring consistent outcomes across distributed teams. You will work in close partnership with senior stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and value delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of front office position management solutions
• Translating strategic objectives into clear delivery priorities and executable plans
• Coordinating across teams, domains, and geographies to manage dependencies and ensure alignment
• Leading distributed product teams across multiple countries and time zones
• Acting as a primary point of contact for front office users in trading and treasury functions
• Driving continuous improvement in product quality, usability, and operational efficiency
• Ensuring consistent ways of working while role-modelling organisational values and behaviours
• Collaborating closely with technology partners to ensure scalable, well-integrated solutions
• Guiding teams through change, complexity, and evolving regulatory or market requirements

The product landscape includes a unified pricing and analytics ecosystem delivering real-time positions, risk insights, reporting, and analytical tools through a single access point, supporting global front office operations.

Experience & qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years in product leadership roles within Financial Markets
• Deep experience with intraday and real-time position management solutions
• Proven delivery of large-scale change initiatives in complex environments
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, and data
