We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join a growing data and analytics team, working on impactful projects in an international environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring data, building robust machine learning models, and working hands-on with modern data platforms such as Databricks.


What you’ll do:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and business opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and predictive models to solve real-world problems.
  • Build and maintain scalable data workflows using Databricks.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
  • Communicate insights and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and continuously improve model performance and reliability in production.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist in an industrial or business environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
  • Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory).
  • Experience working with large datasets and SQL.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential, due to the international nature of the role.
  • Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and curiosity.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud platform (Azure).
  • Familiarity with Spark and distributed data processing.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Plotly).
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.
