Chief Technology Officer

CTO

Our client is seeking a CTO who will be responsible for leading the integration of technology across the companies to create a standard uniform approach to product platforms and corporate systems.

You will evaluate existing systems and see if they are fit for purpose or is there a better third party platforms in line with our requirements. You will look to improve our processes to establish standard capabilities and ensuring we have enhanced efficiency, quality and scalability across all the companies.

This role is IT Leader, with a results-orientated mindset and with a keen focus on efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast pace agile environment and has a background in fund services, PE and/or asset management sector and has delivered significant transformation initiatives.

The candidate will also have strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, able to partner closely with execs and business leaders to discover revenue-generating opportunities, drive operational efficiencies, and effectively manage risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with the executive team to implement the business plan inline with strategic and operational targets.
2. Lead and execute the technology integration of all companies, with a focus on consolidation of product platforms and main systems (Finance, CRM, etc)
3. Drive automation, process improvement with an aim to increase efficiency across the business.
4. Review existing systems and if required recommend ( in-house versus third-party platforms) and implement the most efficient and cost-effective technology solutions are deployed.
5. Look at the latest technologies and implement ( including Automation & AI) to increase in productivity and scalability.
6. Enhanced regulatory compliance and risk management ( including new DORA regulations).
