Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master who will support one or more Agile teams by facilitating Scrum processes, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
• Promote continuous improvement and team self-organization
• Track and communicate Agile metrics and team progress

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage blockers and support team performance
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
