Backend Developer (Node.js)

With a flat organization and bold growth plans, we’re now looking for Backend Developers to join us in Stockholm.

About The Role

In this role, you’ll join a cross-functional team in our Operations domain, where we truly believe in full ownership and "you build it, you run it". This means you’ll have ownership of the entire lifecycle, from architectural discussions to deploying and monitoring your own code. You'll join a small agile team, and work together with other developers, Tech Lead and Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Scale: Develop high-quality microservices in Node.js that power our financial products.
• Modern Engineering: Work within a Serverless-first environment, leveraging AWS to its full potential.
• Ship Daily: Take responsibility for testing and deploying your code through automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate: Partner with product, customer success and to turn complex financial requirements into simple, elegant code.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Tech: You have a solid grasp of Node.js and modern backend architecture. Experience with AWS, TypeScript, or Infrastructure as Code (CDK/CloudFormation) is a big plus.
• Mindset: You thrive on autonomy. You’re curious, proactive, and you don’t wait for permission to make things better.
• Team: You value transparency and honest feedback. You enjoy being in the office with your team to brainstorm, solve problems, and celebrate wins.
