Senior Project Manager – Automation & Intralogistics

Location: Mölndal area, Sweden

Travel: Up to 80% across Scandinavia & Europe

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Scandinavian Realisation team and lead the delivery of large-scale automated intralogistics and material handling solutions. You will act as the main interface between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee project completion from start to finish
• Develop plans of action, including schedule, resources, and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage daily deployment and coordination of project resources
• Take full commercial, technical, and delivery responsibility
• Act as primary contact for customers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and quality assurance
• Manage project handover and customer acceptance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in intralogistics, material handling, or industrial automation
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, high-value projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing teams and working with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with structured PM methodologies (Prince2, APM, PMI, or similar)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
