We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will take strong ownership of product design - from visual language and UX decisions to execution quality and measurable product impact.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for end-to-end design of product experiences across web and mobile.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, owning UX decisions, visual consistency, and content quality within interfaces.

This role assumes high autonomy, strong product thinking, and responsibility for results — not just screens.

Responsibilities:

Design Strategy & Visual Direction

  • Lead the evolution of GoMining's visual language toward a clean, mature, and scalable product design, while preserving brand identity
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across web and mobile products
  • Contribute to design principles, guidelines, and reusable patterns
  • Participate in shaping product vision through design thinking

Product Design & Execution

  • Design end-to-end user flows for web and mobile (iOS / Android)
  • Create intuitive UX for complex product scenarios and data-heavy interfaces
  • Own design from discovery to developer hand-off and post-release improvements
  • Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and specifications

Text & Content Ownership in Design

  • Own text and microcopy inside product interfaces (app and web)
  • Create and refine UX texts: onboarding, tooltips, errors, empty states, confirmations
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and tone of voice in product communication
  • Collaborate with marketing or copy teams when needed, but remain responsible for final in-product text decisions

Product Artefacts & Documentation

  • Create and maintain:
    • Customer Journey Maps (CJM)
    • User Maps / User Flows
  • Support product discovery and prioritization through UX artefacts
  • Design and write internal presentations to demonstrate concepts, progress, and results
  • Prepare and update product and release-related materials

Launch & Growth Support

  • Support landing pages for product releases together with product and marketing teams
  • Ensure design consistency between product, marketing pages, and promotional materials
  • Participate in post-launch analysis and UX improvements

Collaboration & Senior-Level Ownership

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers as an equal partner
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers
  • Mentor less experienced designers when needed
  • Influence decisions through research, rationale, and product logic

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX) on digital products
  • Strong experience owning end-to-end product design independently
  • Ability to think strategically and also execute at a high level of detail
  • Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping
  • Experience creating UX artefacts (CJM, User Maps, flows)
  • Ability to work with text as part of design, not as a separate function
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • English B2/C1

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, Web3, DeFi, or complex financial products
  • Experience with wallets, payments, lending, or transaction-heavy systems
  • Experience building or scaling design systems
  • Background in high-growth product companies
  • Experience working in distributed, remote teams
