As our Product Manager, you are the guardian of the Superblend bar. You don't just manage a backlog; you obsess over the product until it’s matchless.

Your Core Focus:

• The "Market Tester" Mindset: You treat every feature as a hypothesis. You design experiments to fail fast or scale aggressively. You prioritize distribution and differentiation above all else.
• Ruthless Quality Assurance: You are the first and last line of defense. You test every build until you know every edge case. If the UX isn't seamless or the "wow" factor is missing, it doesn’t ship.
• Extreme Velocity: You thrive in an environment where we move from concept to global launch in 14 days. You remove friction, kill "feature creep," and keep the team focused on what moves the needle.
• Data-Driven Perfection: You don't just look at dashboards; you interrogate them. You run complex A/B tests on everything—from onboarding flows to monetization triggers—until LTV is optimized to its limit.
• AI Integration: You stay on the bleeding edge of generative AI, finding ways to blend new tech into our products before the competition even reads the research papers.
