Senior UI/UX Developer – Poland
Location: Poland (must be within ~90 minutes travel of Warsaw)/ Must be willing to relocate to Poland
Work Model: Hybrid (Approx. 60% Remote / 40% Client Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Third-party payroll)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer to design and deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences for enterprise-grade, data-driven digital products.
This role combines strong UX thinking, hands-on UI design, and close collaboration with frontend and product teams to shape end-to-end user journeys across AI and analytics platforms used by global clients.
Key Responsibilities
UX Research & Interaction Design
- Lead UX research activities including user interviews, journey mapping, personas, and usability testing
- Translate complex business and analytical requirements into intuitive user flows and interaction models
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user needs and product strategy
- Ensure consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints
UI Design & Design Systems
- Create high-quality UI designs aligned with enterprise standards and brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs (WCAG compliance) across devices and platforms
- Partner with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews
- Support developers during implementation to preserve design intent
- Improve design-to-development handoff processes
Usability & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve experiences
- Advocate for user-centric decisions using data and insights
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing interfaces for usability and accessibility
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and high-quality UI execution
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of UX research methods, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience designing complex, data-intensive dashboards (preferred)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for effective collaboration
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
