Scrum Master – Mid/Senior Level

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master who will drive Agile delivery, ensure team coordination, and effectively remove obstacles on the project. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills in Agile methodologies, demonstrating an ability to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain Agile discipline.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery between vendor and internal developers.
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Help remove obstacles and maintain delivery flow.
• Demonstrate senior-level Jira knowledge.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of Agile delivery experience.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Senior-level knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 is a significant advantage.
