DevOps Engineer

Our client is an IT and AI company which delivers end-to-end AI solutions for the Enterprise and Sovereign - where privacy, control, and performance are essential.

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient deployment of AI models and applications across our cloud infrastructure environment. You’ll own and improve our CI/CD pipelines, support high availability and uptime, and help build an operational foundation that meets strong security and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

1) Cloud infrastructure management

• Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and Docker-based workloads.
• Maintain stable environments across development, staging, and production.

2) CI/CD pipeline development

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, releases, and deployments.
• Ensure smooth integration and consistent rollout processes from development to production.
• Improve build/release speed, reliability, and traceability.

3) Monitoring and optimization

• Implement observability and monitoring using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Track system health, performance, and availability; define alerts and runbooks.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.

4) Security and compliance

• Implement strong security controls: IAM, encryption, network segmentation/firewalls, and secure secrets handling.
• Support compliance requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and relevant healthcare security standards.
• Participate in security reviews, incident response readiness, and continuous hardening.

Skills & qualifications:

Must-have

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Experience building CI/CD with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
• Strong Linux fundamentals, scripting, and troubleshooting skills.

Good to have (preferred)

• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Logging and tracing stacks (e.g., ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
