Frontend Developer

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to join a growing engineering team building modern, cloud-based web applications used at global scale. This role is ideal for someone who is front-end focused but comfortable collaborating across the stack, contributing to backend services, and influencing technical decisions. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences using modern web technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications with a strong focus on frontend development
• Implement and evolve cloud-based products and services with attention to UI/UX quality
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, QA, backend, and DevOps teams
• Integrate frontend applications with internal APIs and third-party systems
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code; participate in code reviews and refactoring
• Create proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas and technical approaches
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions
• Document technical solutions and best practices
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus
• Deep experience with React and the modern React ecosystem
• Hooks, component lifecycle, performance optimization
• Experience with Next.js and/or Node.js as an API or server-side runtime
• Hands-on experience with Mantine UI
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, NPM, Yarn, PNPM)
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of web protocols (HTTP, REST, OAuth, TLS)
• Strong grasp of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and best practices
• Knowledge of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, authentication, data protection)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Hapi.js
• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture / Module Federation
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform or equivalent)
• Korean language skills
