As a Product Designer at EvenUp, you'll take full ownership of the design for a scoped feature or product surface. You'll work independently across teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design work that directly supports our mission of advocating for injury victims. Working closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and data scientists, you'll create intuitive, user-centric designs for our AI-driven legal platform.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from our office hubs in San Francisco.

What you'll do:

• Understand internal and external user needs through user research and usability testing; leverage user insights to design powerful, efficient, and delightful products and features.
• Design cohesive user flows and interactions using design system components while identifying gaps in consistency and suggesting improvements to existing patterns.
• Craft polished, high-quality interfaces that evolve our visual design within the design system, considering accessibility and clarity.
• Collaborate with highly-skilled engineers, product managers, data scientists, and machine learning researchers to ship high-quality features with high velocity.
• Use a clear design process to present work effectively and connect design choices to the broader product vision and strategy.
  
  

What we look for:

• 3-5 years of experience in software product design, specifically building user-centric products in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience building interfaces for AI products and a strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong qualitative user research skills and professional writing ability.
• An execution mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience using, contributing to, and managing design systems or working on complex data visualizations.

Compensation Range: $117,901 - $189,750
