• PMP Certification (mandatory), Scrum Certification (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in technology or digital transformation programs.
• Strong background in managing assessment or discovery phases of complex initiatives.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalents).
• Oil & Gas domain knowledge would be plus
