Contract Product Manager

Responsibilities :-

Definition & Product Discovery

• Define business context, rules, and edge cases to shape user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create clear product specifications and functional requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product decisions

🔹 Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as a liaison between Product Specialists and cross-functional teams (squads, business units, operations)
• Manage tactical stakeholder requests and escalate issues or risks when required
• Deliver product demos, training sessions, and change management activities

🔹 Squad Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with squads daily to clarify requirements and unblock development
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Provide business context and recommendations to Product Owners / Initiative Owners

🔹 Product Documentation & Release Management

• Create and maintain product documentation (SOPs, FAQs, user guides, operational workflows)
• Document product decisions, rationale, and lessons learned
• Maintain an up-to-date and accessible product knowledge base

🔹 Product Operations & Onboarding

• Unify and streamline manual onboarding forms across non-retail products and services
• Design and implement a single consolidated onboarding application
• Manage onboarding as a product, ensuring adoption, compliance, and quality standards
• Monitor product health and manage customer feedback and complaints post-launch

🔹 Business Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report on product KPIs and success metrics
• Conduct post-launch analysis and recommend data-driven improvements to the user journey

Requirements :-

✅ 3+ years’ experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related role

✅ Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

✅ Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience creating product documentation and operational workflows

✅ Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams

✅ Experience in onboarding, operations, or regulated environments is a plus
