The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to look for an UI/UX Designer (Public Sector) to design intuitive, accessible digital experiences for platforms by combining user research, interface design, and cross-functional collaboration to support digital transformation initiatives.
- This role will be a 12-month contract under Adecco's payroll.
The Talent
More than 3 years of UX/UI design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and outcomes
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience conducting user research and using analytics to inform design decisions
Familiarity with agile development environments and design thinking approaches
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
Job Description
User Interface Design
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices.
User Experience Design
- Conduct user research such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviour.
- Translate findings into personas, journey maps, wireframes, information architecture, and user flows that enhance end-to-end user experience.
Design Process & Standards
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Keep up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts clearly, participate in design reviews, and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional teams and leadership.
