Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver small to medium-scale projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of IT and systems-related projects, including application and infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for small to medium projects, managing teams of up to 20 members.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
• Oversee IT-related projects, including systems development, application migration, infrastructure upgrades, and data center migrations.
• Ensure adherence to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and best practices.
• Track project financials, control costs, and ensure delivery within approved budgets.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure solutions are delivered to meet business requirements and achieve high client satisfaction.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools to ensure consistency and governance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general project management, managing teams of fewer than 20 people across multiple small to medium projects.
• Additional 5+ years of experience managing IT-related projects, including systems development, infrastructure projects, and application or data centre migrations.
• Strong knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Sound financial management skills with a track record of delivering projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Exposure to recognized project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated experience delivering systems and solutions to satisfied clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification).
• Experience working in enterprise or multi-vendor environments.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance frameworks.
