What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Facilitate daily team meetings to assess project progress and address potential roadblocks
• Organize demos and product/system testing, ensuring collaborative processes are followed
• Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, preparing status reports for stakeholders
• Mentor and motivate development teams to improve processes and eliminate impediments
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization
• Scrum Certification required
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio
• Seasoned in any agile methodology (SAFE/KANBAN/SCRUM)
