About the job


You will be participating in Data Privacy and Information Security tasks that the team is involved in ranging from managing activities and data in our oversight tool eGRC Archer, help develop and keep our team objectives and actions roadmaps on track, training and awareness campaigns for all Accenture people and more specialized trainings for our network of responsible and accountable stakeholders in the Nordics, preparing management presentations and participating in various types of internal and external audits both as auditees and auditors. We are for example under the ISO 27001 and ISO 27701-programs. There is never a typical day at Accenture or in the DPIS team, but that is why we love it here!



Key Responsibilities



Help our colleagues understand Data Privacy and Information Security risks, how to manage them and recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs


Lead, coach and advise project teams in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)


Generate reports to support data analytics and data driven decision making and activities


Organize information, prepare presentations and lead the presentations


Scorecard Management: involves tracking and managing activities and data to ensure team objectives and action roadmaps are on track.


Stakeholder Management: entails coordinating with various involved parts, conducting training and preparing for audits to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.


Manage day to day interaction with our internal customers (Accenture people) as well as the teams supporting us


Work independently and proactively and enjoy contributing to the success of others



Required Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Legal, Technology, Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics).


Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken), essential due to Accenture’s global working language and international context.


Min 3 years of experience in Data Privacy and Information Security or a related field.


Eager to learn more about Data Privacy and Information Security.


Comfortable working in a virtual and global environment, with experience in global exposure, managing multiple stakeholders, and handling multiple projects.


Strong interpersonal skills: Effective communication and collaboration in managing activities and data, developing team objectives, conducting training, and participating in audits.


Project management skills: Keeping team objectives on track, managing multiple projects, coordinating training campaigns, and preparing for audits under ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 programs.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work through data using advanced tools.


Desired qualification: Proficiency in Baltic and/or Nordic languages is an advantage.
