Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior .NET Backend Developer to join our agile team. In this full-time position, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the backbone of our platform. You’ll work on designing scalable backend solutions, while ensuring the excellent performance and reliability of our system.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET technologies;
• Work on API design, integration, and database management for our benefits platform;
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application;
• Collaborate closely with the frontend team to integrate server-side logic with user-facing components;
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards;
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, debug to enhance system performance and reliability;
• Contribute to the architecture of new features with scalability and future growth in mind;
• Optimize database queries to improve the platform’s overall performance.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in designing and implementing them.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Management experience and familiarity with micro-services architecture are a bonus.

Compensation:

• Salary: €5500 - €6500 gross, depending on experience and skills.
