Position: Network Operations Center Engineer

Location: LATAM (Ideally Brazil, Argentina, Mexico)

What You’ll Do

• Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance.
• Identify and respond to incidents, escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
• Use monitoring tools like Datadog and New Relic to detect and manage issues.
• Communicate clearly during incidents and work closely with multiple teams.
• Make quick, effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Share real examples of incidents you’ve managed and how you resolved them.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working as a NOC Engineer or in a production support role.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic).
• Hands-on incident detection and management experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during critical incidents.
• Comfortable discussing real-world incident scenarios during interviews.
