Product Engineer Consultant (Full Stack, Client Facing)

Utilizing GPT technology, we aim to revolutionize how enterprises manage their workload by offering automated solutions. Our mission is to simplify and optimize business interactions, negotiations, and partnerships in the finance sector. 
 
We are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (client facing) who thrives on deep technical challenges, ownership, and collaboration; someone passionate about crafting intuitive front-end experiences and building the backend systems and tools that power them. This will be a hands-on client facing role, so we are also seeking someone adept at technical and business stakeholder management. 



Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in full stack development, including: 

• 5+ years of experience building product-grade frontend application with React,TypeScript 
  • Strong experience with Tailwind and shadcn/ui for scalable design systems
  • Experience in building features end-to-end from frontend, component patterns, and state management
  • Familiarity of working with complex systems, with the ability to translate product requirements and AI-driven concepts into intuitive UX
• 5+ years of end-to-end backend experience with Node.js /NestJS in production
  • Deep understanding of async programming, and event-driven design
  • Skilled in PostgreSQL, Prisma, and modern CI/CD(GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience building secure, distributed systems and integrating with complex external environments

Other skills: 

• Languages: Fluent in French & English, other languages (e.g., German/ Italian) are a plus
• Communication: Strong communicator with ability to work with technical and business stakeholders, and to communicate clearly when navigating ambiguity
• Ownership mindset in collaboration: you’ll play a key role in shaping the full stack, from UI to infrastructure, while also collaborating cross-functionally across the business
• Bachelors’s degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience inTechnical Consulting(is a plus)
