We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join one of our inflight projects who prides themselves on their outstanding delivery capability and stakeholder engagement skills, who can help us to deliver on our customer commitment to excellence. Ideally you will have experience delivering ERP implementation projects in the past.

As Scrum Master you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will be dynamic, outcome-oriented with excellent delivery management skills. You will be responsible for enabling teams to deliver high quality outcomes, to remove obstacles or blockers to progress and facilitate project meetings.

Hybrid / flexible working options are available for this role.

What You Will Do

• Report on developments, celebrating successes, and defining, understanding, and resolving roadblocks
• Create productive working relationships with a large and diverse stakeholder groups
• Create a high-performance self-managing dynamic team
• Facilitate and moderate standups
• Share your knowledge and expertise with your team and the people around you
  
  

What you will bring to the role:

• 5 years + demonstrable Scrum Master experience
• Previous experience working on Oracle or other ERP implementation projects
• Working knowledge in Scrum and the Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach team members in Agile mindset and practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage and monitor delivery against the program roadmap
• Capable of removing impediments and blockers as well as identify dependencies and risks and escalate these issues where appropriate
