  • Handling operational HR topics within the scope of responsibility for top management
  • Managing and continuously optimizing HR processes across the full spectrum of the HR function – from onboarding and insurance matters to bonus cycles and offboarding – in collaboration with external stakeholders
  • Supporting the implementation of the global People & Transformation Strategy
  • Contributing to global HR projects with a focus on Total Rewards and modern working models in a production environment, as well as supporting the Executive Board with short-term HR-related matters
  • Coordinating and supporting international movements (Global Mobility), including global reporting, in close collaboration with the Talent Development team as part of the “Talent Powerhouse” strategy
  • Expanding and further developing HR controlling and reporting

What makes you great

  • Completed Master's degree along with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an internationally operating organization
  • Proven experience in leading international projects combined with the ability to make well-founded, independent decisions
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a high affinity for numbers; confident use of MS Excel as well as experience with HR software and People Analytics considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a confident and professional demeanor at all levels of the organization, and strong intercultural competence
  • Goal-oriented, creative working style with a pronounced strategic mindset
  • Fluent English and good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
