ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a IAM Scrum Master (F/M/X)

Mission Context

The mission takes place within an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Technology Squad, operating in a Production Security context. As Scrum Master and IT Delivery Manager, you are responsible for facilitating the daily delivery and implementation of IAM technical solutions (e.g. SailPoint, internally developed applications) and ensuring their smooth integration into the existing IAM ecosystem. You work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, development teams, and security stakeholders, ensuring that all solutions are delivered efficiently, deployed in a controlled manner, and compliant with security, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, PSD2, internal policies).

Mission Overview

The role combines Agile facilitation, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure both team efficiency and end-to-end delivery, from planning and integration through to production deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment & Integration of IAM Solutions Project Coordination

• Support the Product Owner and technical lead in planning and executing solution rollouts, including:

o Installation across multiple environments.

o Integration with existing IAM tools and enterprise applications.

o Testing at various stages (IAT, UAT, BAT, NRT, etc.).

o Production deployment, including data migration.

Stakeholder Alignment

• Coordinate with Security Architects, IT Operations, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure all required contributions are aligned and delivered.

• Perform regular project monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.

• Identify, manage, and escalate risks (e.g. delays, scope creep, security gaps).

Change Management

• Support adoption through:

o User training

o Documentation

o Communication activities

o Workshops for access requestors and approvers

2. Agile Facilitation & Team Leadership Scrum Ceremonies

• Organize and facilitate:

o Daily stand-ups

o Sprint planning

o Backlog refinement

o Sprint reviews

o Retrospectives

• Ensure focus on delivery outcomes and continuous improvement

Impediment Removal

• Proactively identify and resolve blockers:

o Technical.

o Organizational.

o Process-related.

• Maintain squad velocity and delivery predictability.

Agile Maturity

• Coach the team on Scrum and Kanban best practices .

• Foster a culture of:

o Accountability.

o Transparency.

o Adaptability.

Required Experience & Knowledge

Agile & Delivery

• Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Project / Delivery Manager.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in IT projects.

• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Familiarity with Agile at scale frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).

Technical & Tooling

• Knowledge of Agile reporting and tracking tools (e.g. Jira).

• Understanding of:

o Automated unit testing.

o Automated functional testing.

o Continuous integration tooling.

• Sound knowledge of:

o Software development methodologies.

o Project management methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with IAM tools:

o SailPoint.

o Okta.

o Microsoft Identity Manager.

o or similar enterprise IAM solutions.

Nice to Have

• IAM-specific or Agile certifications:

o CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master.

o CISSP, CISM.

o SailPoint or IAM-specific certifications.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (security integrated into CI/CD pipelines).

Soft Skills

• Strong planning, coordination, and monitoring skills.

• Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to translate technical constraints into clear messages for non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset.
