We are looking for an HR Specialist to support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle and to help develop modern and effective HR processes.


Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Advising managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Preparing and managing employment contracts and other HR documentation
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating recruitment processes
  • Developing employee well‑being initiatives, motivation packages and the overall working environment, as well as managing the related budget
  • Managing leave records and maintaining employee data in HR systems
  • Organizing and managing occupational health and safety activities
  • Managing employee development and training plans 
  • Supporting employees and contributing to employee experience and company culture in collaboration with managers 
  • Organising internal company events and supporting internal communication
  • Conducting salary market benchmarking
  • Preparing regular HR reports for management 
  • Actively collaborating with HR colleagues across the international Group to implement and standardise common processes


Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher education (preferably in Human Resources or Psychology)
  • Previous experience in the HR field
  • Knowledge of HR administration principles and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and self-expression skills
  • Very good command of both Estonian and English
  • Open-minded and positive mindset


Nice to have skills include:

  • Experience with HR management systems (e.g. BambooHR, Dynamics 365 Human Resources)
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles
