Our People Operations team is looking for a HR Generalist who will be responsible for providing HR support to our employees across multiple locations. We are looking for someone who has a service-oriented mindset, is outgoing and eager to work in a performance driven environment with a best in class team.

Your Responsibilities

• Together with your People team partners, you will be a point of contact for employees regarding all HR Operations matters
• You will be responsible for the administration, continuous maintenance and improvement of all HR systems ensuring compliance and data integrity
• You will support the implementation of smooth and scalable processes—from onboarding to offboarding for our employees and executives
• You will partner with our Compensation and Benefits leader to review our Company benefit offerings and supporting with implementing new benefit partners where appropriate
• You will be an escalation point within the HR Operations for more complex cases
• You will be responsible for developing guidelines, policies, workflows, and processes and maintenance of our contract templates.
• You will identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency within our HR processes and tools
• You will lead projects to continually improve our employee experience and how we support the business as well as drive greater Employee self-service options
• You work closely with internal teams (Payroll, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, etc.) and external partners (Employers of Record, relocation agencies, etc.)
• You will provide support on our Annual People Programs (eg performance reviews, compensation reviews)
• You will be responsible for employee relations topics such as probation management, absence management, management of employee relations cases
  
  
  

Your Profile

• You have 4+ years of work experience in HR Operations/Generalist role
• Your positive "can-do" and service mentality, combined with a diligent and focused working style, help you thrive in an agile work environment
• You enjoy working independently but are equally excited to engage with the team
• High level of ownership and desire to provide a superior employee experience
• You have experience working in a dynamic multinational environment and supporting employees across multiple locations
• You have an ability to create order in a complex environment and solve problems for the present and future
• You are fluent in English, in speaking and writing. An additional European language is an advantage but not a requirement
