The Role

• Lead and develop a creative product design team, providing both technical guidance and individual growth.

• Collaborate with Product Management to design future-oriented products from concept to production-ready design.

• Balance function, form, material, and feasibility in product design.

• Coordinate all design activities, managing effort, resources, budgets, and time to market.

• Work closely with engineering, product graphics, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Ensure the aesthetic quality of products aligns with brand identity and visual standards.

• Develop innovative ideas and contribute to the evolution of the product portfolio.

• Confidently present concepts to stakeholders and external partners.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Industrial Design or equivalent qualification.

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in international product design, ideally in toys, consumer goods, or lifestyle.

• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage design projects with a comprehensive overview.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Rhino (or comparable CAD) and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in plastics and injection molding.

• Target group-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking with technical affinity.

• Enthusiasm for storytelling, brand management, playful design, and excellent English skills.
