Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join an established delivery team supporting a large-scale banking transformation programme.

The successful candidates will play a key role in the configuration, customisation, and ongoing enhancement of nCino and Salesforce solutions within a regulated financial services environment.

• Configure and customise nCino and Salesforce solutions to support end-to-end banking processes

• Develop and maintain Salesforce components including flows, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects

• Support the delivery of new features, enhancements, and regulatory-driven changes

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, testers, and wider technology teams

• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks

• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release activities

• Provide support for defect resolution and production issues where required

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
  
  

• Proven hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Developer or Configurator

• Strong experience with nCino within a banking or financial services environment

• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and development capabilities

• Experience working within Agile delivery teams

• Exposure to regulated environments (banking or financial services strongly preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
