About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a values-driven organisation making a real difference for its people. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own payroll, pensions, and provide expert guidance to managers on EAP and HR queries.
• Lead and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, absenteeism, occupational health, and offboarding.
• Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Maintain HR systems and reporting, including payroll and HR metrics.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and a positive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
• Skilled with payroll software (Sage), HRIS, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of employment law.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
