Senior Delivery Manager (Latvian Speaking)

We want you to:

• Lead the delivery of our services and products with one of our key clients.
• Knowledge of SDLC and architectural principles.
• People leadership qualities.
• Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
• Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly.
• Experience running and managing different size projects.
• Accountability for the ownership and management of delivery.
• Internal and external reporting experience.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager.
• Experience with DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks.
• A solid understanding of SDLC/PDLC.
• Good technical grasp and awareness of engineering best practices.
• Ability to use the language of the engineering teams, to lead discussion over technical/architectural topics when needed.
• Native or bilingual Latvian and an excellent level of written and verbal English communication
• Previous experience with public sector clients will be considered a great advantage.

You might also have:

• IPMA, PMP or equal certificates will be considered an advantage.
• Higher education in IT Project Management is an advantage.
