We embed innovative non-life insurance products into our partners’ digital and physical customer journeys, helping them generate additional revenue and build stronger customer loyalty. We combine deep insurance expertise with an API-first infrastructure to create a unique proposition that gives the customers of our partners true peace of mind.

We build insurance that feels natural, instant, and customer-obsessed and partner with SaaS, e-commerce platforms, and other digital platforms and service providers to create, launch, and manage high-converting, tailored insurance solutions that customers love and drive value for them.

Our mission is to embed insurance into the digital economy, combining deep industry knowledge, data, and cutting-edge tech. Fidamy operates as a fully independent and autonomous InsurTech that holds its own MGA license from the AFM. We are backed by NN Group who provides us with long term funding and acts as our launching carrier.

🧭 What You'll Do

• Act as the connector between product, engineering, insurance, and our commercial partners
• Define and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and product backlogs
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth delivery of new product features and platform updates
• Gather, structure, and interpret customer feedback to guide continuous improvement
• Work closely with leadership on product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and partner implementations
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and documentation
• Leverage and learn cutting-edge tools for automation and agentic AI to improve product processes and documentation quality

🎯 We look forward to meet you when you:

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Good understanding of insurance products and digital customer journeys: you can connect how protection fits within an online experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where clarity and ownership matter
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new methods, including how AI can augment product management workflows.
• Based in or willing to work in Amsterdam.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in embedded or digital products (e.g. fintech, insurtech).
• Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
