Activities & Responsibilities:

• Develop, refactor, and tune backend applications using Python and Java, ensuring bug fixes and new feature implementations.
• Improve and modernize the existing portfolio of applications, applying technology best practices to legacy assets.
• Act as a driver for Clean Code conventions, conducting peer reviews and ensuring the proper use of development tools.
• Take ownership of mature, production-ready applications by performing deep-dive functional analyses and translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical specs.
• Work across different teams to detect improvement areas and provide development guidance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge and strong experience in Python and Java.
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework.
• Experience with REST APIs and Service/Event-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube) and dependency management (Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with Oracle DB.
• Testing frameworks (Jasmine, Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit, or JMeter).
• Experience in Agile contexts (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean).
• English: Minimum C1 level.
• Portuguese: Mastery.
