About the Role:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our CE3 End-to-End Solutions Architecture team, which defines the strategic direction and transitional blueprints for C&P technology initiatives. This role will be instrumental in facilitating agile delivery, supporting architectural governance, and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for the team, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring transparency with clients on delivery progress.
• Collaborate closely with CE3 Architects to design and refine north star and transitional architectures for high-impact C&P programs and cross-vertical initiatives.
• Support formalised architectural decisions that enable delivery and transformation, aligning with near-, mid-, and long-term business objectives.
• Engage holistically with Enterprise Architecture, Cross Platform Architecture, Platform System Architecture, and Implementation Engineering teams.
• Ensure adherence to DRB/ARB processes and apply a multidisciplinary approach integrating engineering, experience, and excellence pillars to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Align capability and journey design with C&P, CPIT, and SAP objectives, minimizing fragmented solutions and delivery risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise architects or solution architecture teams is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to foster transparency and continuous improvement within teams.
