We are looking for a Software Q&A Test Engineer

The employment will be determined for permanent period (with 6 month trial period) with the Swiss company Stöcklin, which established a software competence program center east in Ljubljana (Slovenia). Great team of employees is looking for additional team members that will provide software solutions for the entire world.

Job description:

• Creation of scenarios and test cases for system tests, end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests

• Test plan alignment with customers and your manager

• Execution of test cases and result documentation

• Monitoring the test progress

• Giving feedback about the software quality to developers and management

• Being a member of a project team and testing of project specific software extensions

• Alignment of project specific test activities with the project manager

• Contribution to the development of general test strategies and concepts

• Continuous improvement of the test framework and test automation

Job requirements and technical skills:

• Experience in software testing is a must

• Knowledge of various testing techniques (regression, explorative etc.)

• Experience with test frameworks and test automation tools

• Agile mindset and a hands-on working style

• A quick grasp and the ability to get a thorough understanding of complex processes

• Open and respectful communication

• Self-organizing way of working

• Fully fluent oral and written communication skills in English. German is a significant plus.

• You are a true team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge experiences with your colleagues

• Willingness to travel
