What should you bring along

• Proven experience coordinating large teams of engineers in delivering complex and scalable software solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience setting objectives aligned with company/product area goals and metrics tools to monitor the work of engineers
• Prior startup experience or experience in fast-growing and dynamic environments
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Focus on productivity and delivering high-quality solutions quickly
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
