ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate actionable insights from descriptive and diagnostic analysis (ad-hoc and recurring) to support business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboards, including exposure layers and automations for various stakeholders (local business areas, Central, partners).
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and protection.
  • Document and standardize: data dictionary, KPI definitions, business rules, and data lineage. Keep documentation updated as a condition for production release.
  • Develop transversal analytical products.
  • Collaborate closely with business, analytics teams, Central, and other hubs to align needs, roadmaps, and standards. Act as a bridge between business and technology.
  • Operate and evolve the reporting portfolio.
  • Promote data culture and literacy.
  • Facilitate the coordination between diferent departments to define in a unified manner the types of data.


IT TOOLS

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python is valued.
  • Advanced knowledge in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Big Data, or equivalent experience is valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of banking industry and processes would be very valuable
  • Experience in extracting key insights from data and solving problems using statistical/analytical concepts.

  • Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Teamwork spirit, willingness to share knowledge, and motivation to support business and other analysts.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments and multicultural interactions.


TRANSVERSAL SKILLS : Ability to work in agile projects


OTHERS:

  • Work model: Hybrid, based in Madrid city.
  • Language requirement: English level B2 for daily use.
