Location: Amsterdam & Surrounding Area (Hybrid: ~50% in office)

Salary: €90k - €100k

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager who thrives on execution rather than high-level people management. Our client operates a global B2B e-commerce platform for the retail industry that handles billions in transactional value. The team is small, highly experienced, and moves fast.

In this role, you will own complex product challenges from concept to production, making critical decisions under pressure to solve hard problems permanently.

What You’ll Do

• Own complex e-commerce features from initial concept through to production.
• Turn messy, complex problems into clear product directions and documented systems.
• Define product flows and solutions directly in Figma.
• Initiate and guide AI-powered product features, both internally and externally.
• Work directly with customers on complex product topics to handle conflicting needs.
• Work closely with the Head of Product and the development team to drive the product forward.

What You Bring

We are looking for a pragmatic "builder" who can add value from day one. This is not a junior or learning position.

• Proven experience driving digital products/features from scratch to production, specifically within complex e-commerce (e.g., checkout, logistics, pricing).
• Ability to quickly understand platform architecture, dependencies, and business value.
• Comfortable making trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope under pressure.
• A strong instinct for how products should work, with the ability to create clear flows and mock-ups in Figma.
• A background in UX/UI is a strong plus; you care deeply about usability and clarity.
• Comfortable working with developers and understanding technical constraints without needing to be an engineer.
• Experience using AI tools such as v0.dev, Lovable, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Ability to turn solutions into reusable systems and document decisions clearly.
• Skill in explaining complex problems in simple steps and connecting decisions to outcomes.
