IT infra engineer

For a dynamic and fast growing company in A'dam, we are looking for an ambitious IT Infra Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Operate and support virtualized, on prem and cloud-based environments (VMware, Azure, AWS).
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve incidents and technical issues.
• Handle incident, change, and patch management in line with best practices.
• Implement and maintain security controls to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and teams.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Experience working with both Windows and Linux-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with data center environments and backup solutions.
• Basic to advanced scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking, virtualization, storage, and security solutions.
• Knowledge of IT service management and information security standards.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Strong interest in technology, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Compensation package

• monthly salary depending on experience (EUR 5000-5500 per month);
• A 13th month;
