Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to lead and coordinate analytical initiatives within a Digital Value Stream in Commercial Development & Growth. The role spans the full analytics lifecycle — from hypothesis and analysis to insights and strategic recommendations — with a strong focus on product performance, customer behavior, and commercial impact.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Value Stream Managers, and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions and improve digital experiences at scale.

Duration - 9 months + Extensions

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end analytics from hypothesis to actionable insights
• Partner with Product and Value Stream Managers to shape product strategy and prioritization
• Analyze customer behavior, commercial performance, and product usage
• Define and track KPIs and implement event tracking
• Build business cases combining digital, commercial, and behavioral insights
• Promote a data-driven culture through clear storytelling and stakeholder enablement
• Explore and visualize data using SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Power BI
• Contribute to the broader analytics community

Key requirements

• Experience in product analytics, business analysis, customer/commercial analytics, or consulting
• Strong SQL skills (Python is a plus)
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms (GCP, Databricks)
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion, or product-led tech environments
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable working in large, matrix organizations
• Fluent in English
