MES Project Manager (F/M)

Workload: 100%, 2 days of remote work

In the context of the implementation of a new facility, we are looking for an IT Project Manager Manufacturing Systems - MES (F/M).

In coordination with the IT Program Manager and the IT Site Lead, you are responsible for onsite Project Management activities related to MES NextGen local project.

In his role, he/she will be in close relationship with onsite IT and Business Leadership team as well as internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Your Responsibilities :

Oversee the MES NextGen planning, financials, and execution to deliver on intended outcomes:

• Setup the project management and governance structure,
• Support the Global Program Manager to plan, track and deliver the targeted objectives of the project,
• Serve as bridge between Global IT Program/Project Manager and Local site Project Management team for local activities,
• Build schedule with Program Manager and the stakeholders,
• Identify dependencies, evaluate risks/issues, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across the project,
• Ensure the project deliverables, schedule, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with best practices of GPS/GMO and IT GPS PMO,
• Prepare project status reports and documentation to keep Program Manager, IT and Business site Leads and Onsite project sponsors informed of project progress and potential risks/roadblocks so they can take appropriate action,
• Raise Project Change Request when scope, timelines, or budget change,
• Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned projects’ momentum and progress,
• Engage and energize the project team and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders,
• Plan and recommend necessary resources to ensure successful completion of assigned project,
• Provide support to IT BPs and DCMs in management of project financials, vendor management and new site CSV practices.

Your profile:

• Computer science/Information Technology degree or equivalent,
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as Sr. Project Manager in Pharma, GxP Systems Implementation from requirements to delivery of final product and documentation included,
• Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science industry experience is a must,
• Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation,
• Proficiency into System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV),
• Familiar with Change Management process and tools and regulated document authoring,
• Strong accountability in driving Project Management,
• Strong capability to manage Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid projects,
• Fluent in french and english.
