Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation & Controlling Specialist (Finance Data Analyst) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive reports across various domains such as sales and finance, with a focus on detailed analysis of sales products and country-specific performance. Additionally, this role will support the entire organisation including sales, finance, marketing, and customer service in driving digitalization initiatives. Proficiency in Power BI and other digital tools is essential, as is the ability to collaborate on HQ digital projects.

The Key Responsibilities for This Position Include (but Are Not Limited To):

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports for sales and finance, providing detailed analysis by product and country.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, marketing, customer service) to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Utilize Power BI and other digital tools to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Lead and participate in digital projects initiated by HQ, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization to improve efficiency and ef-fectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Train and support team members in the use of digital tools and methodologies.
• Support pricing strategy in each market and maintain price list in ERP systems, find the easiest way to upload/modify price list. Assist with pricing management and pricing updates across various systems.
• Support Sales Force and related activities, including data upload and maintenance.
• Train and support team members in the use of digital tools and methodologies.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

• 5–7+ years of experience in digital transformation, Controlling as a Data Analyst
• Experience in Sales, Finance, or related business domains preferred.
• Proven experience in controlling, financial reporting, and digital transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data models, and visualization best practices.
• Strong experience working with data lakes, cloud data platforms, and large datasets.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex datasets into meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities; able to influence and guide business stake-holders.
• Familiarity with Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks) or similar cloud environments preferred.
• Understanding of forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI frameworks preferred.
