Senior Product Manager

📍 Dubai | Fintech / Payments

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a B2B Platform for one of the biggest FinTech platforms worldwide. You’ll shape the experience businesses use to manage payments, accounts, and financial workflows.

🚀 Role Focus:

• Define product vision and roadmap for a FinTech Product.
• Build intuitive dashboards, workflows, and self-serve tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support.
• Use data, customer insights, and market trends to drive decisions.
• Own delivery from discovery to launch and optimisation.

🎯 What We Need:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (FinTech is a must).
• Proven background working on Payments focused business.
• Previous experience working on a B2B focused Product.

📝 Additional Information:

• Hybrid role, with 3-4 days a week in a Dubai based office, with the rest from home.

• Salary: 35K-40K AED a month + benefits.
