User Experience Designer

UI/UX Designer

Abu Dhabi

We are working with a large, established financial institution based in Abu Dhabi who are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. This role focuses on building user-centered solutions for data-driven and AI-enabled products, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into clear, elegant designs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within data-centric or AI-powered digital products
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (required)
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of UX research methodologies, accessibility standards, and scalable design systems
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS principles and how design integrates into frontend development
• Experience collaborating within agile, cross-functional teams alongside product managers and engineers
