I’m currently partnering with a well-funded FinTech startup in Dubai that’s building next-generation intelligent financial products across payments, risk, and trading analytics.

They’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end — not just modelling, but deploying real ML systems that directly impact revenue and customer experience.

💼 The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of ML, engineering, and product, working closely with data, backend, and platform teams to:

• Design & deploy production ML models (not just notebooks)

• Build scalable ML pipelines and feature stores

• Work on fraud detection, risk scoring, forecasting, and personalization problems

• Optimize model performance in real-time environments

• Own the full lifecycle: data → training → deployment → monitoring

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 4–7+ years experience in ML Engineering / Applied ML / Data Science (production-focused)

• Strong Python skills + ML stack (PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn)

• Experience deploying models (Docker, APIs, cloud infra – AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Solid backend or software engineering fundamentals

• Experience in FinTech, payments, trading, or risk is a strong plus

• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
