My client is building an Agentic AI platform for financial institutions.

Their AI agents remove real productivity bottlenecks across:

• Commercial banking
• Specialist lending
• Private credit
• Brokers and advisers

Agents are configured to each organisation’s workflows and integrate seamlessly with existing systems — no customer data training required. Human-in-the-loop is optional, automation is powerful, and productivity gains are tangible.

The role

My client is looking for a Founding Front End Engineer who wants ownership, impact, and pace.

This role is ideal for someone who:

This is a build-from-the-ground-up role, not incremental feature work.

What you’ll do

• Architect, design, and build high-performance React applications
• Create intuitive, elegant, and visually engaging user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product and design to balance feasibility and aesthetics
• Build reusable, scalable frontend components and libraries
• Leverage AWS-managed services (e.g. S3, CloudFront, Cognito) for secure deployment
• Ensure cross-browser and desktop performance excellence
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Own code quality through reviews and testing (unit, integration, E2E)
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks
• Apply frontend security best practices and industry standards
