Who You Are
- 3-6 years of Product Management experience in digital health, AI/ML, or large-scale consumer platforms.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, able to bring clarity and structure to complex, cross-functional work.
- Comfortable working with AI-driven products and collaborating with data science or machine learning teams.
- Passionate about improving health outcomes and creating user experiences that are safe, evidence-based, and empowering.
- Experienced navigating regulated environments, working effectively with privacy, legal, and clinical stakeholders.
Bonus Points
- Experience with conversational AI, personalization, or healthcare data integrations.
- Familiarity with Canadian health content or data sources (Health Canada, PHAC, Diabetes Canada, etc.).
- Exposure to model evaluation frameworks or testing (e.g., golden/red team sets).
- Background in a clinical, analytics, or AI-related discipline.
