Location: Canada (Remote)

Work Authorization: Canadian Citizens | Permanent Residents | Open Work Permit Holders

Compensation Range: CAD $55 – $90 per hour

Overview

We offer a hands-on Scrum Master Training & Placement Program designed to help professionals build or advance their careers in Agile delivery and servant leadership across IT, digital transformation, data, and business initiatives within the Canadian market. This program combines structured Agile training, real-world Scrum project exposure, and client-facing assignments—preparing candidates to successfully support high-performing Agile teams.


This opportunity is ideal for:

  • Professionals without a formal “Scrum Master” title but with experience in Agile coordination, delivery, or team facilitation
  • Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, PMO Analysts, or QA Leads transitioning into Scrum Master roles
  • Candidates interested in supporting software, data, cloud, ERP, CRM, or business transformation initiatives
  • Strong communicators who can coach teams, remove impediments, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Professionals with experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery environments


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments and support the team to maintain steady sprint velocity and delivery commitments
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs and clear acceptance criteria
  • Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and sprint progress
  • Support Agile adoption, change management, and team maturity across the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to provide transparent status updates and delivery insights
  • Use Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally for tracking and reporting
